Shift: Day 5x8-Hour 06:00–14:30 Monday–Friday 40 hrs/week Contract: 3–6 Months Start: 1/12/2026 (may adjust with credentialing) Position: CVOR RNFA Details: Call: 1–2 overnight calls/week Weekend: 1 full weekend (Fri–Mon) every 3–4 weeks Locals within 75 miles accepted ($7/hr less) Requirements: Experience: 2+ years CVOR (travel experience preferred) Skills: Endoscopic & Open Vein Harvesting, Minimally Invasive Cardiac Procedures, CABG Certifications: Compact RN license (active), BLS required, ACLS preferred Charting: EPIC Credentialing: Must complete Medical Affairs Privileging (takes ~60 days) Additional Info: COVID vax or approved exemption required; Flu mandatory No nose rings or gauged earrings; nails < inch, polish OK No agency or logo scrubs permitted Free parking; microwave & fridge on-site (no cafeteria)
