成膜 めっきプロセス設備エンジニア
Responsibilities
•SAW/BAWデバイスの成膜/めっきプロセスにおけるプロセス条件の確立 装置改善によるプロセスの安定化 および品質の確保
•プロセスおよび装置の両面からのアプローチによる装置間差異の改善 安定化
•FDCや装置ログなどのデータを用いたプロセス 装置状態のモニタリング手法の構築
•測定方法の確立を含む最適なプロセスフローの確立
•成膜/めっきプロセスおよび装置に関するコスト削減の推進
Required Experience and Skills
•BAW/SAWフィルターおよび半導体デバイスにおけるプロセス技術 装置技術のご経験 特に成膜/めっきプロセス
目安 5年以上の実務経験
•課題に対して恐れずに挑戦し 積極的かつ前向きに取り組む姿勢
•論理的思考を通じて課題解決に取り組む能力
•組織全体の最適化を考え 実行に移すことができる能力
Desired Experience and Skills
•成膜/めっき以外のプロセスにおけるFDC 装置ログデータを用いた装置モニタリングのご経験 またはAPC手法 システムの構築経験
•業務上のコミュニケーションが可能な日常会話レベル以上の英語力
