HVAC/R Service and Installation Technician

Our experienced HVAC/R Technicians are responsible for servicing and installing new HVAC/R equipment in commercial

businesses, restaurants, and light industrial settings.

The roles you are accountable for as our HVAC Service and Installation Technician

Performing HVAC preventative maintenance, diagnosis, and repair.

Replace compressors as well as condenser and evaporator motors.

Working with expansion valves, temperature/humidity controls, fans, and control panels.

Complete work in a SAFE, timely, and professional manner.

Be accountable for van inventory and/or supplies needed for each job.HVAC/R Service Technician / Installer

Must be professional, courteous, and respectful to customers as well as fellow employees.

Communicate effectively with customers and all team members.

Must be willing to aid in training new team members.

Maintain a clean and organized service truck. Our ideal teammate will get it, want it, and have the capacity to perform at a high level of proficiency.

Relevant Work Experience

Minimum 5 years commercial HVAC experience

Soft Skills and Physical Skills

Mid-level electrical and mechanical skills

Comfortable working with mobile computer tablets, website browsing and apps

Courteous professional & personal appearance with effective communication skills

100% dedication to jobsite safety, hard work, punctuality, and organization

Physical ability to safely lift 50+ pounds

Physical ability to climb extension ladders.

Required Licenses and Certifications

Valid driver's license and with a clean driving record (must be insurable)

EPA certification

Job offers are contingent on drug screening, background & driving record check. Salary

Competitive hourly base pay (commensurate with years of knowledge and experience) plus overtime, plus shift differential. Payroll is paid on a weekly basis.

Sign-on Bonus with 5 years of experience or more (50% upon successful passing of drug screening and background check, 50% after 6 months of successful performance in the role) Stock Ownership
