AS A PATIENT CARE ASSISTANT, you'll be responsible for performing clerical and receptionist duties under the direct supervision of professional nursing personnel. This position also assists and provides patient care utilizing established standards of care. Patient Care Assistants may be assigned other tasks such as, but not limited to, obtaining vitals, collecting intake and output, maintaining patient weights, assisting with personal hygiene, toileting, and assisting with patient procedures and treatments.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required
Current CPR certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire
Comprehensive Crisis Management certification obtained within one year of hire
