Pharmacy Technician

Job Title: Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician - Urgently Hiring

Pay: $20-26/hour based on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm (8 hour shifts, closed on major holidays)

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician for a full-time position with a major pharmaceutical company located in Dublin, OH. The Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician will provide clinical support services under pharmacist direction, preparing injectables and oral medications in a clean room environment. This role offers a work life balance and chance to step into the sterile compounding industry!

As a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for:

Prepare sterile IV/infused medications following USP 797 and USP 800 standards in a clean room environment

Maintain accurate medication inventory records and clean room logs

Perform precise data entry in pharmacy software systems

Coordinate patient communications and manage clinical information

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician License

PTCB or NHA Certification

Minimum 2 years sterile compounding experience (IVIG, TPN, antibiotics).

Open to training someone in sterile compounding if they have required licensure!
