Position Summary

Image Solutions is hiring an Embroidery Operator for our 1st Shift for our West Chester, OH location. Shift time is 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday-Friday.

Pay range: $19-23 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements

High School Diploma

Ability to read and follow written instructions in English

Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions and processes consistently

Good attendance record and flexibility to work overtime if required

Ability to work independently and with others on a team

Must be organized and possess attention to detail

Communicate well with others

Possess a healthy sense of urgency

Proactive in process change and issue resolution

2-5 years experience - Please do not apply if you do not have this Responsibilities

Ability to operate ZSK Embroidery Machines

Stitch Company Logos, Personalization, and Custom Graphics into various garments

Capability of following printed embroidery instructions

Maintain a high level of accountability for accuracy and quality for each product stitched

Ability to maintain efficiency standards set for the department

Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds

Maintain supplies at designated workstations

Maintain a clean and safe work environment
