QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 10+ years of professional project management experience, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional projects.

Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate across diverse teams and departments.

Proven ability to work closely with executive leadership, including providing insightful reports to the CEO.

Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com (or similar platforms) is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in project management, business administration, or a related field.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management & Quality Assurance (PMQA)

Establish timelines and deadlines to ensure efficient project execution.

Collaborate with department leaders to track progress and ensure smooth operations.

Conduct quality assurance to confirm projects meet the required standards before presenting them to the CEO.

Ensure all departments adhere to internal controls, maintaining consistency and regulated workflows.

CEO Weekly Report and Communication

Provide the CEO with a concise weekly report summarizing key department updates, including strengths and areas for improvement.

Submit the report every Wednesday via Slack or review it during a meeting with the CEO (depending on availability).

Management Meetings

Host weekly management meetings to ensure alignment across departments.

Send the agenda 1 business day before each meeting.

Remind participants what they need to bring.

Present relevant updates from management chat discussions for problem-solving.

Additional Responsibilities

Project Prioritization: Assess and prioritize projects based on Dream Opportunity’s objectives and the CEO’s directives, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet organizational goals.

Cross-Departmental Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments, ensuring all teams are aligned on key project goals and initiatives.

Change Management: Support the CEO in managing organizational changes related to project implementation, ensuring a smooth transition for teams and maintaining the integrity of Dream Opportunity’s initiatives.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions that align with Dream Opportunity’s mission for growth and impact.

Note: Must be available to work Eastern Standard Time zone, 09:00 - 17:00.
