Quality Engineer

- Quality Inspection, Assurance, and Analysis of Junction Box (JB) products at the Montgomery site.

- Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure product quality standards are met.

- Conduct Foolproof tests to identify defects by inserting defective items into the production line to verify if the system detects the issue accurately.

- Perform thorough inspections of products, materials, and processes to identify defects or areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

- Support the development and execution of testing procedures for new products.

- Monitor and manage quality metrics and performance indicators.

- Document quality-related issues, track non-conformities, and provide detailed reports including root causes of defects, duplication test results, and improvements made.

Job Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field).

- Experience: Entry Level, but experience in quality engineering in the automotive manufacturing industry is PLUS. (particularly with Junction Box (JB) products or similar components, will be given priority).

- Languages: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); Korean language skills are a plus.

- Other: Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and excellent communication abilities.
