Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care to residents during the day shift.

Assist with daily living activities, administer medications, and monitor patient health.

Ensure a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for residents.

Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans.

Requirements:

Current LPN license in New York State.

Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.

Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
