ProLogistix is seeking a skilled Fabrication with welding experience to join our client's growing team in Kent, WA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants a long-term career with a reputable manufacturing company.

As a Fabricator/Welder, you'll be responsible for reading blueprints, measuring and cutting material, and performing MIG or TIG welding to assemble metal parts and structures. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Monday-Friday 6:00AM-4:00PM $25/hr ( The shift will begin at 6AM, with a duration ranging from 8 to 10 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements.

Measure, cut, form, and assemble metal components.

Perform MIG and/or TIG welding as needed to complete assemblies.

Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, drills, and presses.

Inspect completed work to ensure accurate and quality standards.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Requirements:

Previous experience in metal fabrication and welding (MIG/TIG preferred)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.

Comfortable operating hand and power tools.

Able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
