The Vice President of eCommerce will be responsible for:

Define and lead the long-term strategy for direct eCommerce across owned and marketplace channels

Own and deliver direct sales targets, site performance and P&L outcomes

Drive consumer journey optimization through data-led merchandising and traffic strategies

Ensure operational readiness and infrastructure alignment across teams and systems

Lead cross-functional collaboration to execute strategic plans and commercial initiatives.

The Vice President of eCommerce should have the following qualifications:

10+ years of eCommerce and digital marketing experience

Ability to leverage behavioral insights and performance metrics

Direct accountability for P&L performance
