Semiconductor Sales Associate
Location: Campbell, California, USA

Salary: $110,000-$150,000
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Semiconductor Sales Associate to drive business growth in the U.S. market. The successful candidate will manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams (FAE, marketing, product management) to promote our semiconductor solutions to customers. This position, based in Campbell, California, reports directly to the VP of Business Development.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned territory/accounts
Identify new business opportunities in emerging markets (IoT, automotive, industrial, consumer electronics, etc.)
Collaborate with Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to provide technical solutions and design-in support
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, contract closing, and after-sales support
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account plans
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings
Stay updated on semiconductor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of sales experience in semiconductors (ASIC/ASSP), or related technology fields
Strong knowledge of semiconductor products (MCUs, SoCs, RF, analog, memory, etc.)
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Japanese
Ability to travel for business when needed

Existing network with U.S. customers in automotive, industrial, or IoT sectors
Familiarity with distribution channels and partner management
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Technical background with ability to engage in product-level discussions
Work Conditions
Standard working hours are 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Work is on-site at the office; remote work is not permitted.
Occasional meetings may be required after 6:00 p.m. to communicate with teams at the headquarters in Japan.
Employment includes a 180-day probationary period.
