What You'll Do:

• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping

• Manage and train maintenance staff and vendors

• Complete service requests and apartment make-readies

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards

• Maintain budget and inventory

• Provide outstanding service to residents

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience

• HVAC-certified with EPA card (Type II or Universal)

• Strong plumbing and general maintenance skills

• Working knowledge of electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems

• Reliable transportation and basic tools

• Ability to work on-call and in varying weather conditions
