Data Center Security Operations Manager

As part of our rapid expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Data Center Security Operations Manager to enhance the security operations of our data centers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee physical security operations and develop clear post orders.

Establish security procedures, manage site incidents, and work with advanced security equipment.

Engage in construction projects and lead continuous process improvement activities.

Manage relationships with vendors to enhance service delivery.

A Day in the Life:

Your role will include ensuring the consistent application of security policies, participating in regular audits and site reviews, and evaluating new security technologies. This position requires strong leadership, adaptability to dynamic environments, and excellent communication skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in security roles, ideally in a data center or similar environment.

Familiarity with access control systems (Lenel, Milestone) and CCTV systems.

Relevant education or training in security-related fields is an advantage.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or a background in Military, Law Enforcement, TSA, or Correctional Facility roles.

2+ years of security experience or equivalent.

1+ year of leadership experience.
