Job Description

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the ICU, where you will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients. This role requires proficient management of complex medical conditions and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.

Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and clinical status.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

Assist with procedures such as chest tube insertion and management of ventilated patients.

Educate patients and families on health status and care plans. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an ICU setting.

Active ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Preferred experience in teaching and community hospitals.

Skills in IV therapy, arterial line management, and ventilator management are preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
