Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within cybersecurity or IT.- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent cybersecurity certification.- Proven experience in managing complex cybersecurity projects from inception to completion.- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.- Strong negotiation skills for collaborating with vendors and third-party service providers.- Ability to produce detailed project documentation and reports.- Experience in developing and delivering training and awareness programs.- Ability to respond to and manage cybersecurity incidents effectively.- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.- Ability to adapt and adjust project plans based on evolving requirements and unforeseen challenges.Responsabilities- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive cybersecurity project plans.- Ensure projects align with organizational cybersecurity goals and strategic objectives.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.- Implement and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.- Adjust project plans based on progress and evolving requirements.- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to communicate project status and risks.- Oversee the implementation of required security measures and controls.- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes.- Negotiate and collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers.- Develop and compile detailed project documentation and reports for senior management.- Implement training programs to increase cybersecurity awareness among team members.- Respond to cybersecurity incidents, managing coordination and response efforts.- Provide strategic and technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders.- Continuously improve project management methodologies and processes
