Responsibilities:
Responsible for the orientation, certification, and training of new warehouse staff (including temporary employees)
Ensures that employees (Trainees) are performing their duties correctly, safely, and in compliance with all FST policies and procedures and meet quality and productivity expectations
You will train and orientate Trainees in safe equipment operations, policies, procedures, FST Traits, and company culture
You will certify Trainees on power equipment while emphasizing safety
You will train on productivity and quality standards with an emphasis on becoming independent
Track Trainees' performance and "graduate" Trainees to their shift and Supervisor upon successful completion of training
Responsible for the safety, quality, and productivity of all Trainees
You will conduct re-certification and ad-hoc training for existing employees
Track and store documented training and certifications in required systems for every trainee and develop training material, as necessary
You will partner with Recruiting, Operation Supervisors, and Facility Managers on training progress
You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST Requirements:

3+ years in warehouse operations
MHE certifications required
Positive attitude and patience
Excellent communication and successful working under pressure
Proven leadership and motivational ability
Safety and quality oriented
Ability to understand and train through Standard Operating Procedures
Stand for 8-10 hours per day
Ability to lift 50 lbs., if required
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures (hot and cold)
Comfortable working at heights
Ability to operate forklifts such as: stand up, sit down, double reach, etc.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, reach, and do repetitive motion for extended periods of time
