Unit Profile Facility Name: University Hospitals Rehabilitation Hospital Floor: 1-3 Position Information: Facility Department/Cost Center: Therapy Department 4071 Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): PT Specialty: Physical Therapist Number of Openings: 1 Shift: 8am-4pm Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40 Weekend Hours: 2 weekend shifts per month Call Requirements: N/A Required Certifications: Current Ohio license in Physical Therapist. Experience in Rehabilitation preferred. Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years physical therapy experience in an inpatient setting highly preferred; acute/rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.
