What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement efficient workflows and processes
Document and maintain business processes and procedures for training and reference
Participate in regional workgroups to define requirements and redesign best-in-class business processes
Support the configuration of the agency management system and develop training materials for teams
Engage with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and enhance onboarding experiences
What is Required (Qualifications)
Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
Flexibility and adaptability to changes in tasks and priorities
Solution-focused team player with enthusiasm for collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
3+ years of experience in Employee Benefits
Experience with client relationship and agency management systems (CRM, AMS, LMS)
Ability to challenge the status quo and recommend business process improvements
Demonstrated commitment to achieving sustainable results
