- Experience with procedures: General Urology, Advanced Endoscopic Techniques, Laparoscopic Surgeries, Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Radical Cystectomy with Ileo-Loop Conduit, Radical Prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Pelvic Node Dissection, Partial Nephrectomies/Intraoperative Ultrasound, Renal and Bladder U/S, TRUS Biopsies, Fertility Work-Up, Incontinence Procedures, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (EWSL), Brachytherapy

- Willingness to live within a 40-mile radius or relocate

Job Description:

- Join a multispecialty group practice with over 60 employed providers, including 21 in primary care.

- Average of 17-20 office/clinic patients per day in a hospital-based outpatient/clinic setting.

- On call for 10 days per month, handling a 50% adult and 50% geriatric patient population.

- Role consists of 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient services, working alongside two current urologists.

- Access to onsite lab, X-Ray facilities, and PVR Scanner.

- Utilize EPIC as an Electronic Medical Record system.

- The credentialing timeframe is 30-60 days, dependent on timely return of requested information.

- Open to candidates requiring H-1B and J-1 visa support.

- Compensation follows market-competitive guidelines with potential sign-on bonus and relocation allowance.

- Three-year contract structure with guaranteed salary for the first two years, plus bonus incentives; productivity-based incentive in the third year.

- Continuing Medical Education credit provided.
