We are seeking an experienced Lead US IT Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT roles. You will also mentor a small team of recruiters and collaborate closely with Account Managers to meet client hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with the company’s goals

Negotiate pay rates, employment terms, and coordinate interviews with clients.

Leading a team of recruiters and providing them with guidance and support

Verifying the candidate submissions and proceed with the client requirements

Train, mentor, and monitor junior recruiters to ensure team performance and target achievement.

Work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and priorities.

Ensure compliance with US staffing processes, documentation, and labor regulations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and clients for repeat business.

Handle POC’s and address the requirements using the team manpower

Must Have Skills:

Full-cycle recruiting (sourcing screening offer negotiation onboarding)

Negotiation skills (salary, benefits, relocation, etc.)

ATS management (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL, iCIMS, etc.)

Boolean search expertise (Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc.)
