Role Overview

Responsible for developing product sales across a defined geographical area and achieving set area sales budgets, covering the South East of England; Kent and Sussex.

Key Responsibilities

Promote the company professionally and positively at all times.

Develop a strategic network of key contractors and secure project business for the Civils product portfolio.

Manage key projects from start to completion with regular updates.

Collaborate with Specification, Developer, Key Account teams, and the wider Polypipe Group.

Maintain close working relationships with internal departments including sales, technical, and commercial teams.

Generate technical sales enquiries and convert them into orders.

Maintain technical competence across the full Civils product range.

Grow the supply chain by working closely with key merchant groups.

Report market conditions and competitor activity.

Maintain a managed project log and provide weekly sales forecasts.

Skills and Experience

Commercial and technical sales experience.

Proven record in developing new and existing business.

Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful pitches.

Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Adaptable and self-motivated.

Strong IT skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.

Must have a valid UK Driving Licence.
