High-End Luxury Retail Security Officer

Location: Easton, OH

Schedule: Monday-Saturday 10am-9pm / Sunday 12pm-6pm

Pay: $19.00 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and professional Luxury Retail Security Officers to represent our organization at a prestigious high-end retail boutique. This position demands the highest level of professionalism, appearance, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience providing security services in luxury brand environments where discretion, customer care, and presentation are as important as safety and protection.

As a Luxury Retail Security Officer, you will be entrusted with upholding the integrity and image of both the boutique and our company. You will play an essential role in ensuring a secure, elegant, and welcoming atmosphere for distinguished clientele and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a polished, professional presence while safeguarding clients, staff, and merchandise in a luxury retail environment.

Meet and greet clientele upon entry, providing a courteous and confident first impression aligned with the boutique’s brand standards.

Monitor store entrances, sales floors, and fitting areas discreetly to deter theft or suspicious behavior without disrupting the client experience.

Collaborate closely with boutique management and staff to ensure a seamless balance between guest experience and security operations.

Observe and report all safety, security, or maintenance concerns in a clear and timely manner.

Respond professionally and discreetly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies while maintaining brand decorum.

Uphold confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all client interactions.

Maintain detailed and accurate daily activity and incident reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous security experience in high-end or luxury retail settings is required.

Strong understanding of luxury retail culture, client expectations, and brand representation.

Exceptional verbal communication, situational awareness, and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor — must maintain a clean, well-groomed presentation consistent with luxury standards.

Ability to stand for long periods and maintain composure in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong observation skills.

Valid Ohio security license.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Uniform & Appearance:

Uniform provided: Suit and tie (business professional attire).

Officers are expected to maintain immaculate personal grooming and present themselves with confidence, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.
