Total Yrs. of Experience : 8 to 10 Years

Job Description*:

#Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end data migration activities for SAP SuccessFactors implementations

Develop and implement scalable data migration strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand legacy data and SuccessFactors data models

A Design mapping documents, transformation logic, and migration templates

r Execute ETL processes using SAP and third-party tools

u Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation

n Support mock migrations, cutover planning, and post-go-live activities

#Required Skills & Qualifications:

a 6+ years of experience in SuccessFactors implementations

Proven experience in data migration for Employee Central, Time, and at least one other module

M Strong knowledge of HR data structures and business processes

u Experience performing data migration using templates for Employee Central and Time Off

modules

t Hands-on experience with tools such as:

• SAP Infoporter

• SAP Data Services (BODS)

• SuccessFactors Admin Center (CSV Templates)

• SAP CPI / Integration Center

• ETL tools

• SAP Migration Cockpit tools and methodology

a Proficiency in SQL, Excel, SAP Data Services, LSMW, BODS, and scripting for data transformation Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy in HR systems

S Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

r SAP SuccessFactors Certification (Employee Central / Data Migration)

i Experience with integrations to SAP ECC/S4HANA

k Familiarity with Agile methodologies
