The Role:

As our Inside Sales Representative, youâ ll work out of our Delta office (8035 120th Street, Suite 103), Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Reporting directly to the Manager of Recruitment, youâ ll play a key role in promoting our staffing services, driving business development, and managing accounts. Weâ re looking for someone with a "sales hunter" mentalityâ energetic, proactive, and an excellent communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients, updating our database and introducing our staffing services.

Generate new leads and build strong client relationships through cold calling, warm calling, email outreach, telemarketing, social media, and referrals.

Coordinate temporary and permanent staffing orders with our recruitment teams.

Expand business opportunities across Canada, focusing on the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley regions.

Develop new accounts and establish relationships within client organizations.

Manage and nurture existing client accounts.

Regularly input client data into our CRM system.

Oversee special projects and key accounts as directed by the Manager.

Qualifications:

A university degree or post-secondary diploma combined with relevant B2B sales experience.

Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

At least one year of inside sales or B2B sales experience, ideally within recruitment or professional services.

Proven experience in outbound sales calls.

Excellent communication skillsâ both written and verbal.

Energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.

Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail.

Tech-savvy and results-driven with a competitive edge.
