Job Overview
As a Work From Home Customer Service & Sales Representative, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with Internet plans, and help new customers set up their service. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a smooth and positive experience.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer calls, emails, and live chats
Explain Internet plans, promotions, and bundle offers
Help customers start or upgrade their Internet service
Follow up with leads provided by our marketing team
Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
Meet or exceed weekly sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
High-speed Internet and quiet home workspace
Great communication and people skills
Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask
Previous customer service or sales experience (preferred)
Self-motivated and dependable
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
