Qualifications:

3-5+ Years of experience in a leadership role within an Acute Care setting

Bachelor's Degree, Master's degree preferred

Current state licensure and active certifications

Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire staff at all levels Salary Range: $32.00/hour (shift differential available)
