Key Responsibilities
Full-cycle payroll processing for multiple entities using Paycor
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Process new hires, terminations, and employee status changes
Handle payroll tax filings and reporting
Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits
Collaborate with HR and Accounting for reconciliations and audits
Assist with year-end reporting (W-2, 1099)
Qualifications
Proven experience in payroll administration
Proficiency with Paycor (required)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
