Our client in the apparel industry is seeking Office Assistants to assist with modifying spreadsheets and uploading them to customer portals.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OFFICE ASSISTANT:
The Office Assistant will modify Excel spreadsheets for data accuracy and presentation
The Office Assistant will upload data files to customer portals and verify successful delivery
Communicate regularly with Account Managers to ensure files meet client-specific requirements
Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE OFFICE ASSISTANT:
Must have strong Excel skills and experience with large data sets (VLookups/Pivot Tables/Manipulations)
Ability to modify and format spreadsheets
Strong attention to detail
Apparel industry experience is a plus, not a must
