What will you be doing?
As a Technical Coordinator at Campus Veghel, you’ll ensure the optimal performance of technical installations across our buildings. Your role combines hands-on work in the field with supplier coordination to deliver efficient, sustainable solutions.
You will:
Prevent malfunctions and improve system performance.
Maintain close contact with suppliers, monitor their performance, and lead improvement initiatives.
Contribute to projects that make our campus future-proof.

Your responsibilities
Asset management of electrical and mechanical installations.
Oversight of fire detection systems, CCTV, and access control.
Coordination and improvement of physical security.
Supplier contract management.
Operational coordination of technical projects.
About the team
You’ll join a dedicated facilities team committed to sustainability and innovation, working together to create a future-proof campus.
Your profile
MBO-4 level education, preferably in installation technology.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Skilled in managing technical projects and external contractors.
Knowledge of physical security and energy monitoring.
Administrative experience (purchase orders, invoices, Topdesk) is a plus.
Strong coordination skills and hands-on mindset.
Excellent communication and a team-player attitude.

This position offers a competitive salary range of €3.600,00 up to €4.600,00 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance) with a comprehensive travel allowance on top.
