Travel RN Job Details

Location: Hyannis, MA (Cape Cod) – Massachusetts healthcare opportunity

Facility: Acute Care Hospital – CCH Float Pool

Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 1/19/2026 – End: 4/18/2026)

Hours: 36 hours per week

Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00pm – 7:30am), every other weekend and holiday

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Estimated Weekly Salary: $1990 - $2130

Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse

Floating: Potential to float between CCH & FH campuses

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active and unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts

Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience in an acute care hospital (within the last 2 years)

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Telemetry nursing experience required

Must pass CCHC Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia Exams prior to start date

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)

Preferred: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

Preferred: Experience with cardiac, post-surgical, oncology, dialysis, orthopedic, and neuro patients

Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

Deliver patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation

Administer medications and monitor patient responses in a telemetry setting

Direct and guide patient care, teaching, and activities of ancillary healthcare staff

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Document comprehensive assessments, including physical, psychological, and social dimensions, as well as discharge planning

Serve as a resource for patient care, orientation, and staff education

Demonstrate proficiency in computerized nursing informatics and electronic health records

Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold hospital and nursing standards

Float between Med/Surg, cardiac, oncology, surgical, dialysis, orthopedic, and neuro units as needed
