Precast Production Specialist - Trainee

Deal Technologies Group (DTG) is an industrial group established through the integration of Rizzani de Eccher's expertise in bridge construction with its specialized companies - DEAL, TENSA, and SPIC - and their respective international subsidiaries in Algeria, Australia, Canada, India, Mexico, Romania, and the United States.

As part of our corporate plan for developing internal specialized resources, we are launching a training program dedicated to young technicians interested in learning the operations related to the production of precast concrete segments.

Selected candidates will receive on-site training at our facility in Surrey (Canada), with the goal of acquiring practical skills in formwork setup, concrete casting, quality control, and safety, becoming an integral part of the production team.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

During the training period, the trainee will be involved in the following activities:

Support the preparation and assembly of formworks and the placement of reinforcement.

Assist in the casting and compaction of concrete, monitoring curing and hardening times.

Learn the procedures for demoulding and safe handling of segments.

Collaborate with the quality control team, participating in inspections and compliance recording.

Support the enforcement of safety procedures throughout all production phases.

Contribute to the collection of production data and preparation of daily reports.

Requirements and Skills

Minimum:

Technical diploma.

Basic experience on construction sites.

Good command of English (required for operational communication).

Teamwork attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to work in an international environment.

Availability for international mobility.

Preferred:

Basic knowledge of concrete production processes
