Senior Data Analyst
Citizens' Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A) organization is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help build the next generation of customer profitability models and insights.
In this role, you will:
Analyze customer profitability behavior and build profitability models to support customer marketing and strategy decisions
Serve as the lead data analyst for machine learning models and analytic products, from design phase to development, deployment, and integration into larger business processes
Develop relationships with data scientists as well as partners in Finance, Pricing & Profitability, Product, Data, and Technology Services, to collaboratively deliver transformational optimization capabilities
Invest in developing deep knowledge of business decision frameworks, operational processes, and data in order to successfully design & develop practicable solutions with tangible business value
A successful incumbent will have:
MBA or Master's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, or related quantitative field, and 5+ years of experience delivering analytic insights and statistical models
Proven experience turning ambiguous business problems and raw data into rigorous analytic solutions by applying critical thinking and advanced technical & statistical programming techniques
Proficient in Python and SQL with 3+ years of applied experience
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to effectively guide project teams
A strong sense of intellectual curiosity and ability to thrive and deliver value in an entrepreneurial working environment
Knowledge of deposits retail banking deposits business domain
Experience performing segmentation analysis
Experience analyzing customer profitability
Hours & Work Schedule:
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hybrid schedule of 4 days in office and 1 day remote from a Citizens corporate headquarters
