About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer who excels in designing and developing large-scale enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and AWS. In this role, you'll not only build and deliver high-quality software solutions but also mentor junior engineers, guide architectural decisions, and lead technical initiatives that shape our technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of software engineers through design, development, testing, and deployment of complex applications.

Design, code, review, and implement new features and system enhancements.

Collaborate closely with Architects, Product Owners, and Project Managers to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Ensure adherence to DevSecOps standards, coding best practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

Identify and mitigate risks while continuously improving system performance and reliability.

Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.

Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, and Spring Integration.

Hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Material UI.

Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.

Proficiency in SQL / PostgreSQL or other relational databases.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

AWS or Kubernetes certification is a plus.

Experience in developing global-scale or enterprise-level applications.

Familiarity with modern software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven systems, etc.).
