We are looking for a vibrant and motivated Patient Access Specialist - Call Center to join our exceptional team. This role involves:

Answering incoming calls in a shared call center environment

Providing information about Affinity Health Center services

Scheduling patient appointments

Collecting and documenting patient information in the electronic health record

Delivering excellent customer service We seek individuals who are passionate about serving vulnerable populations and committed to providing care with compassion, dignity, and respect.

Hourly Wage: $16.00-$20.00

Full time- Hybrid Position (remote/in-person) Remote option once fully trained

Monday- Friday schedule (no holidays or weekends)

Requirements:

Customer Service Experience (Preferred)

Call Center Experience (Preferred)

Medical Terminology (Preferred)

Experience using Electronic Medical Records (Preferred)

Computer Skills

Fluent in English and Spanish A Plus (Preferred)
