Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST

Remote

Contract Through May 2026

What You’ll Do:

Support clients during third-party CMS and PBM audits

What We’re Looking For:

Effective Communication skills

Prior experience as a pharmacy technician or third-party PBM auditor

Data Entry

Workday experience is preferred

Bachelor's degree is preferred

Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features

Update our internal databases with information about audits

Strong communication skills

Proficient in Excel with specific skills in sorting, filtering and VLOOKUP

Accuracy and attention to detail

Knowledge/understanding of HIPAA privacy guidelines
