L’Analyste Fonctionnel TI (F&O) sera responsable d’identifier, analyser et traduire les besoins d’affaires en solutions technologiques dans D365 F&O

PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT

• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre, documenter et analyser les besoins fonctionnels

• Traduire les exigences d’affaires en solutions D365 F&O (configuration, conception, intégration des modules)

• Participer à toutes les phases d’implantation complète de D365 F&O et soutenir les ateliers avec les différentes équipes

• Rédiger la documentation fonctionnelle (FDD : rapports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, workflows)

• Appuyer l’équipe technique lors du développement et effectuer les démonstrations aux utilisateurs

PROFIL

• 3+ années d’expérience en implantation de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

• Expérience avec au moins 2 des modules suivants : gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, achats, inventaire, production, qualité ou finance dans D365 F&O

• Fortes connaissances des processus d’affaires et capacité à les traduire en solutions technologiques

• BAC en informatique, comptabilité ou l’équivalent

• Certification Microsoft Dynamics 365 (un atout)

• Solides compétences en analyse, résolution de problèmes et communication interpersonnelle

• Bilinguisme (Anglais requis; Français un atout)

The IT Functional Analyst (F&O) will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and translating business needs into technological solutions in D365 F&O.

MORE PRECISELY

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze functional needs.

• Translate business requirements into D365 F&O solutions (configuration, design, module integration).

• Participate in all phases of the full D365 F&O implementation and support workshops with the various teams.

• Write functional documentation (FDD: reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, workflows).

• Support the technical team during development and conduct user demonstrations.

PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Experience with at least 2 of the following modules: supply chain management, purchasing, inventory, production, quality or finance in D365 F&O .

• Strong knowledge of business processes and the ability to translate them into solutions. Technology

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, accounting, or equivalent

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (an asset)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills

• Bilingual (English required; French an asset)
