Position Summary

The Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator plays a key role in aligning recruitment and onboarding strategies with organizational goals for both MedFlight and MedCare. As a vital member of the Human Resources team, this position drives the full-cycle recruitment process — from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding — ensuring every new partner’s journey begins with an exceptional experience.

You’ll actively advertise positions, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support hiring managers throughout the process. This role also oversees onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for long-term success and feel connected to our mission from day one.

What will you do?

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and networking.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recommend effective recruiting strategies.

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout every stage of the process.

Facilitate and coordinate onboarding activities for new partners to ensure a smooth and engaging start.

Maintain compliance with all employment laws and internal policies.

Support other HR functions and initiatives as needed.

What is required?

Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, interviewing, retention, or employee relations in a fast paced environment preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.

HR or recruiting certification (e.g., Business Training Institute’s Certified Recruiting Specialist) preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.

Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of staff in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Capable of working independently and exercising sound judgment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift 20–30 lbs.
