As a Product Manager in Marketing Data Platforms, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You act as the voice of the customer, developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your expertise, you guide successful product launches, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.

+ Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.

+ Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.

+ Build frameworks and track key success metrics such as cost, feature functionality, risk posture, and reliability.

+ Identify opportunities across all CCB LOBs for modern technologies, such as agentic AI, to optimize marketing outcomes.

+ Apply hands-on data analysis skills using tools like SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel to explore data, troubleshoot issues, and validate data integrity.

+ Build data-driven proof-of-concepts to test hypotheses and inform product development decisions.

+ Translate business needs into clear, concise, and technically informed requirements for epics and user stories for engineering teams.

+ Partner with marketing analytics, growth teams, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure solutions enable their objectives.

+ Manage relationships and technical interactions with third-party vendors.

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**

+ 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.

+ Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.

+ Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.

+ Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, analysis, and validation.

+ Hands-on experience with data manipulation and transformation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or Dataiku.

+ Experience utilizing data visualization tools like Tableau and spreadsheet software like Excel.

+ Experience translating complex data requirements and business needs into actionable product specifications and user stories.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a data-driven mindset.

**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**

+ Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.

+ Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data manipulation, automation, and/or interacting with APIs.

+ Direct experience with data from Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) providers, and/or aggregated campaign reporting platforms.

+ Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing or data lake solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Amazon AWS).

+ Understanding of data modeling, schema design, and/or data governance principles.

+ Experience working with data for A/B testing or marketing experimentation.

+ Deeper domain knowledge within the marketing analytics or advertising technology ecosystem.
