About The Position
We are seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner for a 48-day locum tenens opportunity in Wyoming beginning Jan 5, 2026. This assignment involves providing a full scope of urgent and outpatient acute care, working at least five days per week with day shifts from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. The clinic is open seven days a week, and providers are expected to independently manage comprehensive patient assessments under physician supervision.

Responsibilities and Duties
Independently perform head-to-toe patient assessments in an urgent care and outpatient acute care setting
Manage a full scope of urgent care cases, addressing a wide range of acute presentations
Collaborate with supervising physicians as needed while maintaining autonomy in clinical decision-making
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient encounters
Additional Information
Wyoming license required
ER and wound care experience preferred but not required
ATLS and NRP certifications preferred but not required
Minimum commitment of 5 days per week
