We're currently seeking an experienced CPA to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role with a track to partnership for the right candidate. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own client base while enjoying the quality of life that comes with living in a close-knit, family-friendly community.

What You'll Do:

Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients

Provide tax and accounting services to individuals, partnerships, corporations, nonprofits, estates, and trusts

Plan, prepare, and review tax returns

Meet directly with clients to cultivate strong, lasting relationships

Deliver a variety of non-attest services

Oversee and mentor staff, helping to develop future leaders within the firm What We're Looking For:

Licensed CPA with significant public accounting experience

Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously

Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skills

Excellent verbal and written communication-capable of translating complex financial data for a broad range of clients

Prior experience supervising or managing teams

A strong client service mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust

Farm tax experience is a plus, but not required What Sets Us Apart:
