SailPoint Architect - Fairfax, VA (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-wide Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint IdentityNow.

Architect and design end-to-end SailPoint-based Identity Governance solutions.

Lead and oversee the implementation, customization, and integration of SailPoint with enterprise systems like Active Directory, Workday, and SAP.

Define and enforce IAM architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices.

Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to align with enterprise IT strategy.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SailPoint developers and IAM engineers.

Design role-based (RBAC) and attribute-based (ABAC) access control models.

Develop integration strategies using REST, SCIM, JDBC, or other connectors.

Drive automation initiatives for identity lifecycle management and access policy enforcement.

Conduct performance optimization, troubleshooting, and architecture reviews.

Develop and maintain architectural documentation and security models.

Participate in compliance and audit reviews by providing detailed access reports.

Stay current with SailPoint product updates and emerging security technologies.
