Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years Utility experience

Data Center construction project management experience

Understands easements and right of wayExperience in project management with a focus on scope, cost, schedule, quality, and safety management.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

roficiency with project management software and tools such as AutoCAD, BIM360, Bluebeam, and Adobe.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience in managing utility service projects.

Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations in project management.

Ability to facilitate design and site progress meetings.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Serve as the Single Point of Contact for Utility Service Provider, managing transmission, distribution, and substation scopes.

Facilitate regular design and site progress meetings with stakeholders.

Document and track all tasks such as agreements, deeds, or easements required for project completion.

Monitor and manage project budgets, costs, and schedules, providing updates and reports as necessary.

Ensure quality management through regular site walks and documentation.

Promote and ensure safety management practices are adhered to at all times.
