Residential Property Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Seasoned Property Manager with good Communication and Writing skills for Brooklyn and/or Bronx Multiple Dwelling Buildings. Your energetic leadership will guide a team dedicated to maintaining high standards of living while addressing the diverse needs of our community. You'll be the driving force behind property management, resident relations and compliance with Housing Regulations for our rent subsidized buildings.

What you'll do:

Must visit various buildings minimum 3 times a week.

Oversee daily operations of housing facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained.

Coordinate maintenance requests and inspections to uphold property standards and safety regulations.

Ensure compliance with local housing laws and regulations while addressing any issues that arise promptly

Required qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years experience with hands on knowledge of building operating systems

Must speak Spanish

Must own a vehicle to visit various buildings minimum of 3 times a week

Agency knowledge and interaction with an emphasis on Local Law implementation/participation with LL87, LL31, etc.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Oversight of office staff

Previous experience with building rehabilitation

Compensation offered: 80K - 85K Annual
