Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our commercial and residential building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project scopes, objectives, and schedules.

Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Coordinate and oversee the work of project teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards.

Monitor and control project progress, tracking milestones, and addressing any issues or delays in a timely manner.

Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders, preparing regular progress reports and presenting updates at meetings.

Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and invoice processing, ensuring projects remain within established financial parameters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and technologies, as well as building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.

Proficient in the use of project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.).Company Description
