Sales & Client Relations Representative – $18/hr + Performance Pay + Overtime + Growth Opportunity
Location: Primarily Indoors (occasional travel required)
Type: Temp-to-Hire (2-week trial Long-Term Career)
Compensation: $18/hr starting + Unlimited Overtime + $2/hr Raise after 90 Days (based on performance)

We’re looking for a high-energy, fearless communicator who can sell, connect, and deliver. You’ll work with clients going through some of life’s toughest moments — helping them rebuild while achieving measurable results and driving revenue.
You’ll talk to people in good times and bad — grieving families, injured clients, and individuals recovering physically or financially. You’ll represent our company with professionalism, empathy, and drive — turning conversations into action and service into success.
What We Offer
$18/hour starting pay
Unlimited overtime – earn as much as you want
Performance-based raise: +$2/hr after 90 days
Fuel reimbursement for approved travel
Occasional weekend availability required
Two-week trial period Long-term position for proven performers

What You’ll Do
Sell and close services confidently with empathy and professionalism
Build strong client relationships through compassion and communication
Guide and assist clients in real-life matters, including:
Setting up medical care and treatment plans
Coordinating housing or transportation
Handling vehicle repairs, documentation, or license issues
Assisting with financial and insurance matters
Helping clients get their lives and assets in order
Work hands-on with healthcare providers, mechanics, and service departments to deliver results
Handle client calls, questions, and follow-ups with urgency and care
Provide hospitality when needed — lunches, meetings, and personal support
Travel occasionally for meetings or case follow-ups (fuel reimbursed)
Stay flexible — some early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends
Who You Are
A natural closer who can connect and sell under pressure
Empathetic and professional communicator
Hands-on problem solver who takes initiative and follows through
Reliable, flexible, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Clean background check required
