Location: Columbus, O (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Contract: 6–12 months, with potential for permanent hire
Compensation: $19.16 per hour
About the Role
Are you eager to launch your career in the financial services industry? We’re seeking a motivated Client Support Specialist to join a leading investment banking firm. In this role, you’ll provide responsive and professional assistance to clients, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and care.
Responsibilities
Respond to client questions about accounts, transactions, and services via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot issues, deliver clear guidance, and recommend effective solutions.
Document all client communications thoroughly and accurately.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex cases.
Consistently meet performance targets while creating a positive client experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
Bachelor or 3-5 years of experience with Client Support.
Professional or internship experience in customer service, financial services, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
Previous contact center or customer-facing experience is a plus.
Must reside in or near South Jordan, UT.
