PHP Counselor (LPCC, LISW, LSW, LPC, LCDC III) Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human service or behavioral science with two (2) year of experience in the field of substance or mental health treatment.

Valid State of Ohio LPCC, LICDC, LPC, LSW, LISW, LCDC III licensure.

2 years of paid full-time experience in the field of substance use or mental health treatment or equivalent.

PHP Counselor (LPCC, LISW, LSW, LPC, LCDC III) Benefits:

Salary range for LSW/LPC/LCDC II or III = $52,000-$55,000/year

Salary range for LISW/LPCC/LICDC = $62,000-$70,000

Located at the Main Campus on Alum Creek Drive, this position will help develop and manage the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) services in the Adult Outpatient Department. The PHP counselor will serve as a group specialist but also assist with completion and/or review of substance use, bio-psychosocial, and related assessments, and client’s current functioning. Provide substance use counseling and/or mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and substance use education. Develop, assign, and monitor individualized treatment and continuing care plans. Group facilitation skills are highly desirable for this position and hours may include weekends, as needed.
