What You’ll Do
· Monitor output to ensure each associate completes at least three high-quality packs per hour
· Partner with Inbound, Inventory, and System Support to align materials and workflow
Requirements:
· At least 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing
· Bilingual in English and Spanish
· Experience with high-value or luxury products preferred
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· Proficiency with WMS and reporting tools
· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
Available Shifts:
Team 1 Day
· Sunday through Tuesday alternating Wednesday 6 AM to 6 PM paying $29.50
Team 1 Night
· Next schedule is also same days for team one but at night
· 6 PM to 6 AM paying $30.50
Team 2 - Flex
· Thursday through Saturday with alternating Wednesdays
· 6 PM to 6 AM paying $30.50
Pay Details: $29.50 to $30.50 per hour
