What You’ll Do:

Serve as a subject matter expert on appointment processes, compliance requirements, and system tracking best practices

Accurately and efficiently appoint licensed brokers and brokerages, ensuring timely completion of high-volume tasks that exceed SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

Collaborate with appointments leadership to align on volume expectations and execution strategies

Manage a continuous pipeline of contracting packets from initiation to completion via integrated software, email, or phone

Support the general appointments inbox by routing, troubleshooting, and escalating requests appropriately

Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, guiding them through the appointment process

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within contracting responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and customer-centric execution in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Self-motivated and efficient in completing repetitive tasks and managing smaller projects from start to finish

Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and contribute to improvement initiatives

1-2 years of experience in operations, compliance, or employee benefits

Track record of exceeding individual and team goals

Proficient in Salesforce, DocuSign, and familiar with Zendesk, Confluence, or similar tools

Quick to learn and leverage new technologies to streamline workflows

Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
